After successfully reaching the end of Week 4, the project is complete, it is then time to re-assess the next steps and future directions.
We call this a temporary halt to the development of the PMO to allow the implemented processes to mature. We use the time immediately after Phase 4 and take the time required to refine the processes implemented. We work on getting these processes mature enough so that we take the PMO to another level.
